At alert level four our doors are closed. However we are able to assist those in government mandated essential services. Please call ahead and make an appointment to see if we are able to help.

Of course if there are any queries, questions or anything else we can help with over the phone or via email our team is still available to help.

NZ COVID Tracer app

All visits to us must be registered on either the NZ COVID Tracer app or via the COVID tracing forms we have provided. We encourage anyone who doesn’t have the COVID Tracer app to download it to your smartphone before your visit.

Appointments

During alert level 4 and alert level 3 appointments are essential. you can make appointments via phone or email, contacts for your local branches are below.
Please note at Alert Level 4 we can only work on vehicles for those in essential services.

Drop Off

We will have dedicated drop off zones that will allow us to service your vehicle via contactless means. We will tell you where to go when you make your appointment

PPE

All of our staff have been provided with the proper PPE to be worn while working on your vehicle , this is to ensure everyone is kept safe.

Sanitisation

All touchpoints, including those on vehicles, will be sanitised after every contact from both staff and customers
