We have a fantastic opening on our team of service advisors, the perfect role for someone who has a passion for helping people and providing an excellent customer experience. As a service advisor you’ll become an integral part of our customer experience, from the moment they pick up the phone to book their vehicle in, right through to when they come in for pick-up and beyond, you’ll be with them every step of the way. This is a role that you can really put some personality into and meet some great people along the way.
Your key responsibilities will include welcoming customers to the dealership, taking phone calls, receiving bookings, keeping customers up to date with their vehicles, collecting payment and more.

The successful applicant will be joining a fantastic team with a great culture in the heart of Southland. We carry Some of NZ’s favourite automotive brands with Toyota, Hyundai, MG and Renault all calling our branch home. Experience in a customer facing role would be preferred but we’re open to anyone with the right attitude as full training will be provided.
