Full Time – Monday to Friday
Join the team at GWD Motor Group in a varied and interesting role helping to support our busy service team. This is a flexible role that can be tailored to suit you, full time, part-time, school hours only, we can make it work for you.
You’ll be assisting our service department with a diverse range of jobs on the admin side of things, from warranty and invoicing to general reception duties, service bookings and data entry, you’ll be an integral part of the team. Knowledge of cars is not necessary for this role, more so a good keen attitude to get stuck in and succeed is what we’re looking for.
Key skills required:
- Great computer literacy, familiarity with dealer management systems would be an advantage
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- A team player
- Fantastic customer service skills
- Excellent phone manner
